Nigerian chef, Damilola Adeparusi, popularly known as Chef Dammy, has dismissed rumours that she is planning to cook the world’s largest pot of beans.
In a statement shared online, Chef Dammy congratulated Hilda Baci on her latest Guinness World Record achievement for cooking the largest pot of jollof rice, praising her resilience and for once again putting Nigeria on the global culinary map.

She described Hilda’s recognition as a win for the entire Nigerian food industry, while clarifying that she has no intention of embarking on a beans-cooking project, contrary to recent speculations.
Chef Dammy, who gained national attention in 2023 following her cook-a-thon attempt, said her current focus is on growing her brand, expanding her culinary ventures, and inspiring young Nigerians who are passionate about cooking.
