Offset, the ex-husband of Cardi B, has been shot and hospitalised after an incident outside a casino in Florida on Monday, April 6.
His representative confirmed he is receiving medical care and is in stable condition.
“We can confirm Offset was shot and is currently at the hospital receiving medical care. He is stable and being closely monitored,” the spokesperson said.
Police said the shooting happened at a valet area near the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida, shortly after 7 p.m.
Seminole County Police stated: “We are aware of an incident that occurred at a valet area after 7 pm Monday outside of Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood that resulted in non-life threatening injuries to an individual who was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood.”

Authorities said the scene was quickly secured and two people were detained. They also confirmed there is no threat to the public.
Offset, whose real name is Kiari Kendrell Cephus, has been in divorce proceedings with Cardi B since 2024 after years of an on-and-off relationship.
The shooting has also drawn attention to the death of his Migos groupmate Takeoff, who was killed in 2022.
Social media also linked rapper Lil Tjay to the incident, but his legal team denied any involvement.
“Lil Tjay has not been shot, nor has Lil Tjay been charged with any shooting. Any reporting to the contrary is false,” his lawyer said.
Offset remains in hospital as investigations continue.
