Nollywood actresses Chioma Chukwuka has debunked rumours that she’s not on speaking terms with her colleague, Mercy Johnson Okojie.

Clearing the air on their reported animosity, Chioma told Punch she’s unaware of any falling out between herself and Mrs Johnson-Okojie.

“This is shocking for me. She is my junior colleague, I have no idea what people are saying. My life is so plain and I have no reason to have a beef with anybody in the industry.”

Reacting to their rumored animosity, Mercy Johnson stated she doesn’t feel obliged to be friends with her colleagues.

She said: “I do not have to be friends with everybody; I am not under any obligation to be friends with my colleagues.”
