Liverpool FC are out of the UEFA Champions League after a 2-0 home loss to Paris Saint-Germain at Anfield, ending the tie 4-0 on aggregate.
Liverpool needed a big comeback but could not find a goal across both legs.
Ousmane Dembélé sealed the result with two second-half goals. He struck in the 72nd minute after a pass from Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, then added a late second to finish the job.
“We’re so happy that we were able to win this game because it was really difficult, especially the second half,” Dembélé said. “But we found a way to win; we’re through to the semifinals, and we are delighted.”
PSG coach Luis Enrique said: “It’s difficult to defend the Champions League, we know that. We are here again and we need to make the most of these opportunities.”

Liverpool had a chance to get back into the game when a penalty was awarded after Alexis Mac Allister went down under a challenge from Willian Pacho.
But referee Maurizio Mariani overturned the decision after a VAR review.
An earlier injury to Hugo Ekitike forced a change, with Mohamed Salah coming on before half-time.
Despite some pressure, Liverpool failed to seriously test PSG goalkeeper Matvei Safonov.
A key moment also came when Marquinhos blocked a close-range effort from Virgil van Dijk.
“For a defender, moments like that are better than scoring a goal,” Marquinhos said. “It’s what I enjoy most… These are the details that change a game.”
PSG move on to the semi-finals, where they will face either Bayern Munich or Real Madrid.
Liverpool now turn their focus to securing a place in next season’s competition.
