A Lagos woman and TikTok creator, @mirab351, has alleged she was raped and attacked in her apartment after rejecting a man who had been stalking her online.
In a TikTok video on February 15, she said the suspect, named “Priston,” tracked her to her home, knocked her unconscious, cut her with a blade, and assaulted her because she refused to give him her phone number.
Screenshots of messages circulating online show the man boasting about the attack, mocking her as an orphan, and warning her not to report it.
The incident sparked outrage on social media. Many Nigerians called on authorities to take action. @mirab351 is currently receiving treatment in a hospital, and no arrests have been reported.
