Destiny Paul-Enenche, daughter of the senior pastor of Dunamis International Gospel Centre in Abuja, Dr. Paul Enenche, has responded to social media backlash after being criticised for allegedly flaunting a luxury bag. She clarified that the accessory was not bought with church offerings.
The young Enenche came under fire following claims that she acquired luxurious items using church funds. Addressing the controversy in a video posted on Instagram, she explained that most of her clothing and accessories were gifts.

“The bag was a gift. Ninety-nine per cent of what we wear are gifts, and they are not from church members,” she stated.
She further emphasised that her parents are accomplished medical doctors aside from their pastoral work, noting that they do not rely on church funds for survival.
The clarification comes as the Destiny Enenche luxury bag debate continues to trend online, sparking conversations about pastors’ children, lifestyle choices, and public perception of wealth within religious circles.
