Spotify has unveiled its 2025 Wrapped, giving listeners a look at the year’s most-streamed music, podcasts, and audiobooks. The annual feature also shows fans insights into their personal listening habits over the past 12 months.
Leading the global charts is Bad Bunny, who has been named Spotify’s Global Top Artist for the fourth time. His latest album, DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS, was also the world’s most-streamed album.
The announcement comes ahead of Bad Bunny’s 2026 Super Bowl halftime show and follows his multiple nominations for next year’s Grammys.
The global top song of 2025 was actually released in 2024. Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars’s “Die With a Smile” earned over 1.7 billion streams this year alone.
In the UK, Alex Warren’s “Ordinary” was the most-streamed song, beating Gracie Abrams’ “That’s So True” and Lola Young’s “Messy.”

Taylor Swift remained the UK’s most popular artist for the third year in a row, followed by Drake and Sabrina Carpenter. Carpenter’s album Short n’ Sweet topped the UK album charts and is a contender for Grammy Album of the Year.
Women dominated the UK album charts, with only three out of the top ten albums by male artists or ensembles, including the Netflix KPop: Demon Hunters soundtrack.
Spotify also shared its podcast highlights. Globally, The Joe Rogan Experience led for the sixth year in a row. In the UK, Rogan was second only to Steven Bartlett’s The Diary of a CEO, with The Louis Theroux Podcast coming in third.
