A video circulating online has captured the Governor of Delta State, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, performing ushering duties during a Sunday service at the Living Faith Church (Winners Chapel), Osubi, on November 2, 2025.

In the clip, the governor, who serves as a Deacon in the church, was seen collecting offerings alongside other ushers during the service.

According to reports, Oborevwori has been involved in church service long before assuming office as governor. Despite his busy schedule managing the affairs of the state, Governor Sheriff Oborevwori has remained committed to his religious duties and active participation in the church.

The video has since gone viral, drawing mixed reactions from Nigerians on social media. While some praised the governor’s humility and devotion, others suggested it might be a calculated public relations move ahead of the next election.
