Oba Abiodun Oniru, the monarch of Iruland, Lagos, celebrated his 80th birthday with several dignitaries.
The celebration had begun on Monday with a cultural day, after which a thanksgiving service held, ending with a party at the Oba’s palace on Wednesday.
Some of the dignitaries at the ceremony were Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, Ooni of Ife; Rilwan Akiolu, Oba of Lagos; Aliko Dangote, Africa’s richest man.
