Nigerian reggae-dancehall singer and songwriter, Patoranking would be featured live at the 25th edition of the Reggae Sumfest in Jamaica, on Friday.
According to the organisers, Patoranking will be the first African artiste to grace what they describe as the biggest Reggae festival stage.
“It is a momentous occasion and Downsound Entertainment wants to share this with not just Patoranking fans but all of Africa. Patoranking’s song, ‘My Woman, My Everything’, topped dancehall charts on the Island and to show a diversity of culture the Nigerian star has been added to Reggae Sumfest’s international night.”
Other artistes performing at the festival include Canadian hip hop artiste, Tony Lanez; Sean Paul, Alkaline, Sizzla, Mavado, Bounty Killer, Queen Ifrica, Sean Kingston, Beenie Man, Christopher Martin, Jah Cure and Stephen Marley.
