Nottingham Forest have contacted Roberto Mancini over the possibility of becoming their new head coach, as per The Athletic report.
The approach follows the dismissal of Ange Postecoglou on Saturday after a 3–0 defeat to Chelsea, which left Forest 18th in the Premier League with only one victory from their opening eight matches. His brief tenure was marked by poor performances and growing unrest among fans, who had voiced frustration during several home games.
Forest are now eager to appoint an experienced figure capable of turning their season around. Talks have reportedly been held with Mancini, who is among the leading contenders to fill the Nottingham Forest head coach role.
