BBNaija season 10 finale

Countdown to BBNaija season 10 finale: Who will take the crown?

As the 10th season of Big Brother Naija, themed 10 Over 10, draws to a close, fans across Africa are counting down to Sunday’s finale to see who will emerge as the ultimate winner.

The Big Brother Naija season began with 29 housemates whose mix of personalities set the pace for a lively show filled with strategy, friendship, and rivalry. Contestants such as Rooboy, Imisi, Koyin, Kuture, and Jason Jae quickly became fan favourites for their energy and standout moments. Jason Jae, Koyin, Rooboy, and Kuture kept the Saturday parties buzzing, while Imisi’s bold confrontations and resilience kept her in the spotlight.

Romantic tensions added more intrigue to the house dynamics. Dede’s relationship with Kola fluctuated between closeness and mistrust, while her connection with Koyin sparked talk of a love triangle. Koyin also shared a light friendship with Isabella, while Sultana and Jason Jae had their own bond that caught viewers’ attention.

Meanwhile, friendships among Rooboy, Mensan, and Koyin created brief moments of calm amid the chaos. Kaybobo earned popularity as the house cook, Zita stood out for her directness, and Imisi continued to balance strength with emotion throughout the season.

Not everyone’s journey ended smoothly. Faith, who started as one of the calmer housemates, later became a divisive figure following his fallout with Imisi. His time in the competition came to an abrupt end after a violent confrontation with Sultana, leading to his disqualification, one of the most dramatic twists of the season.

The final week has offered a mix of laughter and emotion. Jason Jae became both the first and last Head of House, a rare achievement in the show’s history. In a lighter task, Isabella and Imisi were asked to wear snail costumes, which brought comic relief to an otherwise tense atmosphere.

One of the most touching moments came when Biggie surprised the housemates with visits from their loved ones, made possible after Koyin accepted a ₦4.5 million offer on behalf of the house.

For the first time ever, the show will feature nine finalists competing for the grand prize , Dede, Imisi, Isabella, Jason Jae, Kaybobo, Kola, Koyin, Mensan, and Sultana. Only one of them will be crowned the winner of Big Brother Naija Season 10.

The live finale airs on Sunday, October 5, 2025, on Showmax, DStv channel 198, and GOtv channel 49. Viewers are already making their predictions,  but as always in Biggie’s house, anything can happen.
