Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo has declared her intention to take legal action against her colleague, Liz Anjorin, over what she described as repeated defamatory remarks and death wishes targeted at her children and grandson.
The long-standing feud between the two actresses has often spilled into the public space, with police and court interventions in the past. Anjorin has repeatedly accused Ojo of sponsoring damaging online posts against her family, while openly expressing her disdain for the mother of two.
In a new development, Ojo, who is currently in Tanzania caring for her newborn grandson, reacted to a series of recent social media posts by Anjorin. In an Instagram post on Monday, the actress stated that her legal team had been documenting every defamatory statement and would pursue appropriate legal redress once she returned to Nigeria.

“Honestly, I haven’t laughed this hard in a while. These videos cracked me up real good. But on a more serious note, I’ve seen all the defamatory statements, insults, death wishes, and curses Liz Anjorin has been directing at my family, especially my grandson. My legal team isn’t sleeping; they are taking notes of everything,” Ojo wrote.
She added that her silence over the past months was intentional, as she chose to focus on family while her lawyers prepared for the battles ahead.
“Over the past few months, it was about welcoming my grandson, supporting my daughter through her motherhood journey, and standing in the gap both physically and spiritually. Once I land in Lagos, God willing, it will be time to tackle these challenges,” she noted.
