Ariana Grande has set a new Spotify record after hitting 123.8 million monthly listeners, making her the first female artist to top the platform’s monthly listeners chart five times.
Spotify figures from December 2025 show the pop star peaked at 123.82 million monthly listeners, placing her ahead of global acts such as Justin Bieber and The Weeknd and cementing her status as the most frequent female chart-topper in the ranking’s history.
According to Spotify data, Grande is “the first female artist to reach the number one position on the monthly listeners chart more than twice,” with the latest achievement marking her fifth time at the summit.

The surge was largely fuelled by renewed interest in her holiday music. Her 2014 festive hit, “Santa Tell Me,” recorded its biggest streaming day ever on December 24, 2025, significantly boosting her overall listener count.
With the latest figures, Grande also becomes just the fourth artist in Spotify’s history to cross the 123 million monthly listeners threshold.
The record caps a strong year for the singer, who earlier in 2025 became the female artist with the most songs to surpass one billion streams on Spotify, with 22 tracks reaching the milestone.
