Again, more than 20 armed bandits on Monday evening attacked Isapa community, near Eruku, in the same Ekiti Local Government Area of Kwara State, abducting at least 11 residents.
It was gathered that the gunmen stormed the community around 6:00 p.m., moving in with a large herd of cattle and firing shots indiscriminately.
An elderly woman was reportedly hit by a stray bullet during the chaos.

A community leader, who confirmed the incident under anonymity, said 11 people were taken, noting that seven of the victims are members of one family.
The kidnapped persons include a pregnant woman, two nursing mothers, several housewives and a number of young children aged between five and ten.
Eyewitnesses said the attackers moved through different parts of the town, leaving bullet holes in walls and doors.
Expended AK-47 shells were later found scattered across the community after the gunmen retreated.
Police authorities have yet to release an official statement on the incident.
