Tottenham Hotspur have sacked interim head coach Igor Tudor after just 44 days in charge.
The club confirmed on Sunday that the decision was made by mutual consent following a poor run of results.
In a statement, Spurs said: “We can confirm that it has been mutually agreed that head coach Igor Tudor will leave the Club with immediate effect. Tomislav Rogic and Riccardo Ragnacci have also stepped down from their respective roles as goalkeeping coach and fitness coach. We would like to thank Igor, Tomislav and Riccardo for their dedication over the past six weeks, during which they have worked tirelessly.
We also wish to express our sympathy to Igor following the recent bereavement he has suffered and send our support to him and his family at this difficult time. We will provide updates on the appointment of a new manager in due course.”
Tudor leaves without a Premier League win. Spurs are just one point above the relegation zone with seven games left.
Heavy defeats played a key role in his exit. These include a 5-2 loss to Atlético Madrid and a 3-0 home defeat to Nottingham Forest in his final match.

The Croatian replaced Thomas Frank but failed to turn results around.
He managed one win, one draw and five defeats in seven games. Losses to Arsenal, Crystal Palace and Fulham added to the pressure.
Off the pitch, Tudor was also dealing with the death of his father, which the club acknowledged.
Spurs must now act quickly to appoint a new manager.
Chief executive Vinai Venkatesham and sporting director Johan Lange are leading the search.
Adi Hütter and former boss Harry Redknapp have both been linked with the job.
A new head coach is expected before Tottenham’s next league match as they try to avoid relegation.
