Nigerian second-year student, Khaleed Oladipo, has been stabbed to death in Leicester, United Kingdom, following a violent incident near De Montfort University.
Emergency services were alerted to the incident in the city centre after police received reports of a serious altercation. Four ambulances and an air ambulance responded to the scene, and Oladipo was rushed to hospital, where he later died from his injuries.
According to Leicestershire Police, Khaleed Oladipo, who was living in Leicester while studying, was involved in an altercation before being stabbed. The suspect fled the scene before officers arrived.

A post-mortem examination confirmed that the Nigerian student died from a stab wound to the chest. Police further disclosed that an 18-year-old suspect has been arrested on suspicion of murder and remains in custody as investigations continue.
Authorities said enquiries are ongoing as they work to establish the full circumstances surrounding the fatal incident that led to the death of the Nigerian second-year student in Leicester.
