Five powerful people are behind terrorism in Nigeria – Primate Ayodele

Primate Elijah Ayodele, leader of the INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, has warned that five powerful individuals are behind the surge of terrorism in Nigeria.

In a statement signed by his media aide, Osho Oluwatosin, the cleric stressed that unless these people are removed from the equation, the nation will continue to suffer from insecurity. Ayodele warns on terrorism and urges the government to act decisively.

The cleric called on the president to avoid negotiations with terrorists, saying such talks have only emboldened criminals. He specifically criticized those advocating dialogue, including prominent figures like Sheikh Gumi, for encouraging the rise of insecurity.

“Tinubu needs to call people who encourage negotiation to order. The more we negotiate, the more terrorism increases,” Ayodele said, emphasizing the urgency.

According to Primate Ayodele, negotiation has effectively turned terrorism into a lucrative enterprise, with international influences exacerbating the crisis.

He warned that without proactive measures from the government, terrorism will continue to affect not just ordinary citizens but also those in power.

“Ayodele warns on terrorism and its international backing. The president must act decisively, or insecurity will continue to plague the country,” he added.

He concluded by stressing that unless the right actions are taken, the threat will persist at all levels of society. Ayodele warns on terrorism, urging that the government implement strong measures to dismantle these networks and end the menace once and for all.
