Adelabu, however, disclosed how his strategy, which worked for him, was properly executed. Adding that he doesn’t have any godfather and never met anyone prior to the election.
“I contested against 22 strong and capable contenders, I was the youngest and without political experience. I was the one without godfather and I came first because I believed I can’t do it.
“I worked the hardest, for people that reside in Oyo state, they know that I prosecuted my primary election as if I was doing general election. I spent a bit money I could spend, I bought campaign cars, I recruited people. I travelled to 33 local governments in Oyo state to let them know my vision and plans to transform the state.
“I didn’t go to beg any politician, please, believe I did not. But through my hardwork, my plan and strategic execution of the plan, I made it difficult for them to win me.
“In my diary, there’s nothing called impossibility. If human mind can dream it, you can achieve it,” he concluded.
He thereby urged youths present at the event to participate in the governance of the country.
