President Bola Tinubu stumbled and fell on Tuesday during a welcome ceremony in Ankara, the capital of Turkey.
The incident happened as he walked alongside Turkish President Recep Erdogan.
Tinubu appeared to miss a step but was quickly helped by officials, who assisted him in regaining his balance.
The president had arrived at the Turkish presidential palace in a black limousine.
After Tinubu stepped out of the vehicle, a military band played Nigeria’s national anthem, followed by the Turkish national anthem.
After the performance, there was a brief moment when the Turkish president used his hands to adjust Tinubu’s position so he could properly face the band.
