Not good time for the oldest teaching hospital in Nigeria, the University College Hospital (UCH) as security operatives of the school started an unexpectedly expected protest over the non-payment of their salaries spanning to 12 months.
Strategic placards are seen everywhere and the main gate of the institution is also under lock causing traffic jam.
