In Anfu County’s private kindergarten, a “gangster” clad in a peaked cap and a mask allegedly barged in and attacked those there.

The victims’ ages have not yet been verified.
Officials identified the 48-year-old local guy named Liu Mouhui as their initial suspect.
Police said Mouhui is still at large and escaped after carrying out the attack.
Unverified social media footage of the incident show a policeman transporting a young boy in his arms from a patrol car to an ambulance.
