Following their altercations in Sunday’s London derby between Chelsea and Tottenham, the English Football Association has filed charges against Chelsea coach Thomas Tuchel and Tottenham coach Antonio Conte.
Following Harry Kane’s equalizer in stoppage time, the weekend match between the two managers concluded in a 2-2 draw.
As a result of the altercation, referee Anthony Taylor also issued red cards to both managers. In a statement on Monday, August 15, the FA stated that it would accuse both managers of unlawful behavior.
Theys have until Thursday to respond to the charges.

Thomas Tuchel and Antonio Conte have both been charged with violating FA Rule E3 following the Premier League game between Chelsea FC and Tottenham Hotspur FC on Sunday, August 14, 2022, according to an FA spokeswoman.
“It is alleged that the behaviour of both managers was improper following the end of the fixture.
“Thomas Tuchel and Antonio Conte have until Thursday 18 August 2022 to provide their respective responses.”
The FA is also looking into Tuchel’s remarks after the German coach criticized Taylor, the match referee, for his judgments.
Taylor and the Video Assistant Referee (VAR), according to Tuchel, made poor choices that allowed Spurs to leave Stamford Bridge with a point.
