Ogenyi Onazi, Super Eagles midfielder, has signed a year and half contract with Denizlispor, a Turkey Super Lig club side.
The club took to its Twitter handle on Wednesday to disclose that the 27-year-old contract also has the option of one year extension.
The 2013 AFCON winning midfielder ruptured his Achilles tendon against Rizespor in a Turkish Super Lig game in December 2018, and was sidelined from action.
He, however, returned to the pitch during Tranzonspor’s Europa League 2-0 loss against Besel on December 12.
Onazi also took to his Instagram to announce his movement from Trabzonspor to Denizlispor.

Onazi was part of the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations winning squad coached by late Stephen Keshi.
