Nollywood actress Judy Austin has warned that social media is becoming one of the biggest threats to stable marriages, urging couples to be more intentional in their relationships.
The actress, who is widely known for her controversial marriage to actor Yul Edochie, shared the advice in a post on her Instagram story on Tuesday.
According to her, many people prefer to see themselves as victims rather than put in deliberate effort to build and sustain their marriages.

“Most people would rather play victim than be intentional with their partners. And I mean intentional in every aspect of your lives,” she wrote.
Judy Austin further claimed that constant exposure to social media content often fuels misunderstanding and conflict between couples, making marital issues worse.
“Social media is one of the biggest problems most people are having in their marriages today,” she added.
