According to Dangote Group President Aliko Dangote, the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited will determine whether Premium Motor Spirit (Petrol) is available in the Nigerian market in 48 hours.
While formally announcing the first gasoline rollout from its 650,000-per-day refinery in Lagos on Tuesday, the richest man in Africa revealed details of an interview with Channels Television.
In order to provide the product to Nigerians, he emphasized that the $20 billion refinery will shortly conclude negotiations with NNPCL.
On the conlcusing note, he said “On PMS price, it is an arrangement that is designed and approved by the Federal Executive Council led by His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. As soon as it is finalised, which is what he is pushing once he finishes with FEC meeting, it can be today or tomorrow we are ready to roll out in the market,”
