With the trauma of the Otedola Bridge tanker explosion still fresh and traumatising neighbouring residents, an NNPC tanker laden with fuel was seen leaking on motion and that is just half the story.
A boy was spotted behind the tanker, trying to block the leaking spot with a piece of cloth and in the process soaking himself with the flammable liquid.
It will be recalled that eye witnesses said majority of those that died on Otedola Bridge might have escaped them if they were more security conscious, it turns out not all took a cue from that.
