Former minister and Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) chieftain, Femi Fani-Kayode, has hinted that several other members may leave the opposition party following the exit of a former presidential aide, Doyin Okupe.
Fani-Kayode expressed his worries on Twitter, revealing that Dr Okupe’s reason for leaving the PDP after speaking to him, could be the beginning of a mass exodus from the former ruling party.
It should be recalled that another bigwig of the embattled PDP and former governorship aspirant in Lagos State, Musiliu Obanikoro, decamped to the All Progressive Congress (APC) in June.
