A woman, Victoria, has accused the Vice Chairman of Uruan local government area, Akwa Ibom State, Hon. Uduak Daniel Udoenang of owing her sister, Itoro Martin Okon, some money.

According to FirstReports, She made a video that went viral on Facebook. Victoria who can be seen inside a moving vehicle with her sister Itoro said the latter had a kidney problem and they were heading to the hospital. She said there was no money to take care of the medical expenses, and pleaded with people to assist and also prevail upon the vice chairman, Princess Uduak Akpan, to pay her sister the alleged debt.
“My sister IT Martins is dying,” Victoria said. “She [vice chairman] has refused to pay my sister.”
