American music star, John Legend, stunned in a grey suit with a unique twist to it as one side of his blazer was longer than the other. According to him, the outfit was made by top designer, Alexander Mcqueen.
Nigerian top designer, Toyin Lawani, hours later, took to her page to call out John Legend’s designer for jacking her style.
Sharing a photo of Legend in the outfit, she revealed that she created the design two years ago for several Nigerian celebrities. She further stated that this is proof that the world is watching Nigerians.
In another post, she wrote: “I lead they follow, Whoever did John Legend’s own, tell them they forgot to put belt well I didn’t put belt on @iamteddya’s own, I need Nigerians to start realizing we are more appreciated than we think, we are extremely talentented. Atleast 5 of my creations have been remade abroad after years I’ve done it, well same in Nigeria.
