Ignore domestic violence, focus more on prison development – Lanre Gentry tells government

Mercy Aigbe’s estranged husband, Lanre Gentry has called on the Federal Government to shift attention from domestic violence and develop prisons.

Gentry took to Instagram to reveal his

experience in the prison after his release upon fulfilling bail conditions.

The hotelier noted that the government’s involvement in “trivial” issues like domestic violence is a misplaced priority.

It will be recalled that Lanre Gentry was remanded in KiriKiri prison after making an appearance in a Lagos court for charges relating to domestic abuse and battery of his wife, Mercy Aigbe.
