Recall that Lovato has made three distinct documentaries detailing her battles with addiction and how they have affected her career over the previous ten years.
In an interview with Alternative Press, she expressed remorse over producing such documentaries and wished she had postponed them.

Lovato declared;
“Honestly, I’m really sick of watching myself, and I think other people probably are too.
“And if they aren’t, then they can watch my music videos.
“I wish I would have waited until I had my s–t figured out more because now it’s cemented. Sobriety is what works for me and nothing else.”
Demi Lovato: Dancing with the Devil, her most recent documentary, described the singer’s dangerous drug overdose in 2018. After the event, Lovato declared she was “California Sober,” which meant she continued to use marijuana and occasionally consume booze.
But a year later, the rock star entirely stopped using drugs and entered rehab.
