Nigerian singer, Aituaje Aina Vivian Ebele Iruobe, popularly known as Waje, has explained why she cannot marry a man who is not successful.
Speaking on the latest episode of the Honest Bunch podcast, the 45-year-old singer said her age no longer allows her to start building with a man.

Waje, who is a mother of one, said she wants a partner who is already established and capable of leading. She explained that at her stage in life, she is not looking to build from scratch with anyone.
“I can’t marry a man who is not successful. I am not in my 20s, so we can’t build together,” the singer said.
She further noted that the kind of man she desires should be one who inspires and motivates her to grow.
“A man leads by selling aspiration to me. I have to aspire to see him lead,” she added.
