The founder and Managing consultant of the HRExpo Africa, and Dohenny Services, Ms Erefa Coker is set to launch Nigeria’s inaugural third sector conference.
Speaking at an interview on Arise TV, Ms Coker, emphasized the need to build capacity for the third sector in a bid to improve their productivity and outcomes.
“We would be having top HR experts from around the world with experience and ideas, to help people in the third sector to sharp necessary skills are reposition their organisation for better outcomes,” she said.

“No organisation can perform beyond the capacity of their human resources and hence the need for the conference “. The third sector conference will be holding on the 29th of November and it is open to NGOs, civil society, social enterprises and think tanks. Attendance to the event is free.
