A leading gubernatorial aspirant on the platform of APC in Ekiti State, Engr. Kayode Ojo, has congratulated former governor of the state, Dr Kayode Fayemi, on his 53rd birthday anniversary.
In a statement issued by Alhaji Deji Ayelabowo, Director of Media and Communication, Kayode Ojo Campaign Organisation, the front line aspirant said it is a thing of joy for all well-wishers that Dr. Fayemi attained this age and prayed God to enable him witness many more years of useful service to Nigeria.
He described the Minister of Steel and Mineral Development as an erudite scholar and a man of many parts with vast experience, a quality which he said, makes him relevant in diverse fields.
Engr Ojo who wished the celebrant many happy returns of the day urged him to continue to rededicate himself to the service of Nigeria as he progresses in age and experience.
“As a Governor, Dr Kayode Fayemi displayed intellectual capacity and competence and this raised the bar of governance in Nigeria
“He has shown that he has the qualities expected of a leader and little wonder the ministry of of Mines and Steel Development he superintends over as a minister has regained strength in the diversification efforts of President Muhammadu Buhari’s Administration and this confirms his capacity to govern resoundingly well.”
