Barely three months after their first demonstration that led to President Muhammadu Buhari approved payment of their benefits, ex-Nigeria Airways workers are again set to take their grievances to the streets over the non implementation of the president’s directives.
The ex-workers who had their jobs abruptly terminated after the sale of the National Carrier by the Olusegun Obasanjo-led administration, have been only paid once during the late Musa Yar’adua administration and are hoping Buhari will bail them out of preventable deaths.
A memo, which was made available to StreetNetNgr by the workers stated that the demonstration will be held December 13, in Abuja.
