The Eko Electricity Distribution Company (EKEDC) has announced the introduction of electronic billing (e-billing) for its customers, effective from March 1, 2026.
According to the company, customers will begin to receive their electricity bills electronically instead of in paper form as part of efforts to improve service delivery and enhance communication.

EKEDC advised customers to contact their Energy Finance Representative (EFR) or visit the nearest district office to update their email addresses and phone numbers to ensure uninterrupted access to their bills.
The company said the new system will provide a more convenient and efficient way for customers to stay informed about their electricity usage and billing.
