These fruity combination; strawberry banana smoothies could be made in
less than 10minutes and are best served as breakfast or served chilled while
its sunny. 

WHAT YOU NEED

 DIRECTIONS

1. Place the prepared cup of crunch ice in the blender container.

2. Add up a cup of fat free vanilla yoghurt plus a teaspoon honey.

3. Right, this is the part where you pour your fresh strawberries and
peeled bananas.

4. Add your cup of milk.

5. Puree until the ingredients are smooth and creamy.

Serve immediately
