The former Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) governor and Emir of kano, Muhammadu Sanisi II has disclosed that he is set to undergo drugs test.
He stated this at the round table conference on drugs and substance abuse event ongoing at Kano.
Sanusi urged ministers, senators among others to undergo drugs test before acquiring any post.
“If you are on drugs, then you are not fit for any government position.
” If you use area boys, who are on drugs, then you are the corrupt and we can’t have a fair beginning with that.
“Stop inviting me for events, if you don’t want the truth, he said.”
In attendance are President of senate, Bukola Saraki, Deputy governor of Kano state, Professor Hafiz Abubakar, among other dignitaries.
