Pastor Chris Okafor has appealed for forgiveness from Nollywood actress Doris Ogala, going on his knees during a church service as he publicly apologised over the allegations that recently sparked controversy.
In a video circulating online, the cleric was seen kneeling before his congregation during a church service on Sunday, December 28, 2025, where he expressed regret over the situation.
Okafor has drawn public attention in recent weeks after Doris Ogala accused him of several actions, including claims of a romantic relationship, breach of promise, and the alleged sharing of explicit photos of his daughters.

While speaking during his sermon, the pastor acknowledged making mistakes but denied the allegations, stating that many of the claims were untrue. He said his apology was directed at Doris Ogala and others he believed may have been affected.
“Everything that was said is not true. There are so many lies in most of the things that were said. I’m sorry to everyone I’ve offended. To Doris Ogala, I also say sorry and I apologise,” he said.
