A 13-year-old girl, Francisca Lopez Perez, has given birth to triplets after being raped by a man who was selling sweets in the street.
Unfortunately, Perezv from Guatemala said she was raped by a candy seller she cannot identify.
The triplets each weighed only about 2.2 lbs (1 kg) and the two oldest were rushed to the emergency ward of a local hospital where they later died.

The teenager did not even realise she was pregnant until her stomach began to swell.
According to Daily Mail, the teenage mom is struggling to survive and lives with her mother and seven brothers in a house made of boards.
She has to constantly take the surviving baby boy to the hospital as he is so small that he regularly needs oxygen.
