An official of the Federal Road Safty Corps, FRSC, was photographed jumping on top of a moving vehicle after the driver allegedly refused to stop for him.
The incident reportedly happened in Nasarawa State. In the photographs, the FRSC official was seen lying flat on the bonnet of a moving Honda Accord car.
